Mint Leaves
Lime Juice
Simple Syrup
Lemon Bitters
Olive Oil
HOW TO MAKE IT
Pour all ingredients but the olive oil into a shaker with plenty of ice and give it a good shake. Serve in a cold coupe glass using a fine strainer to catch stray pieces of leaves. Finish by adding three drops of olive oil on top, and decorate with a mint leaf.
